* Max Ray, Inc. Will Produce and Distribute Handbags, Belts, Small Leather Accessories and Scarves in the United States

COMMERCE, Calif. -- Blue Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:BLUE), a designer, manufacturer and distributor of high-end fashion jeans and denim apparel, today announced that its subsidiary, Antik Denim, LLC, has signed a license agreement with Max Ray, Inc. The new agreement grants Max Ray, Inc. the right to produce and distribute small leather goods consisting of handbags, belts, small leather accessories and scarves for Replica Gucci New items both men and women for Blue Holdings' Antik Denim brand throughout the United States. The deal will have an eighteen month term, and will renew for 4 consecutive one-year terms unless earlier terminated by Max Ray. The signed agreement will be effective July 1, 2007.

Max Ray, Inc. designs and manufactures premium leather accessories. The Los Angeles based company has a staff with years of experience in accessory design, manufacturing, and retail.
